Senda Chica is a new development of 102 luxury apartments in Sotogrande. There are ground floor garden apartments, roof garden apartments and penthouses. Completion date is March 2021.

The Construction Progress
We can now see some visible progress of the construction of Senda Chica in Sotogrande. In addition, earth movement has been completed and the first basements are being built. Hopefully, the weather now will be assisting for the next 5-6 months. We will keep you posted about the construction progress!
