Rightmove stats from Costa del Sol Q1 2022
Yesterday I had my quarterly review with Rightmove the UK property portal. Tom Lenton, the Noll Sotogrande account manager, was very helpful in assisting with the analysis of the Noll Sotogrande account at Rightmove. Not only did he provide detail of Noll Sotogrande performance, but the conversation is always useful as he shares market trends from the entire Costa del Sol.

- UK buyers not only maintained but strengthened their number 1 position.
- Overall real estate market not only recovered but highest volume of transactions over last 4 quarters since early 2008.
- Average indexed price highest since 2007 indicating that overall Spanish property market is now back at pre-financial crash levels for first time in nearly 15 years.
