La Zagaleta in Sotogrande

According to La Información (www.lainformacion.com), La Zagaleta will invest in 2020 more than 200 million a new luxury resort bordering on Sotogrande.

In summary:

1. The company is working to build 30 homes with a price tag of between three and five million located next to those of Sotogrande.
2. The residential project will be linked to a ‘new country club’, which will have world class golf facilities.
3. It will have an equestrian centre for horse lovers and a beach club for sun worshipers.
4. There will also be a luxury hotel built with about 120 rooms.
5. The project already has the approval of the relevant Town Hall.
6. It will be called Valderrama II and built on a 220-hectare plot that was acquired in 2016 by La Zagaleta Limited.
7. Two main points remain:
   1. Add new land so that your golf course is large enough to qualify for international tournaments.
   2. And seek support for the project of the Junta de Andalucía.
