Chestertons Polo in the Park 2019 celebrated at the Hurlingham Club in West London
If La Quinta Polo Tournament in Sotogrande is one of the most entertaining Polo tournaments in Sotogrande, then Chestertons Polo in the Park, in London, is its equivalent.
Celebrated at what can be considered the home of Polo in the United Kingdom. Polo in the park has become a well-established event in the London social calendar. (In 1873, the Hurlingham Club published the rules of Polo. Polo was first played at the club on 6 June 1874*)
Above all, the combination of the fast and exciting high adrenalin Polo game, and the magnificently set up venue packed with shopping stalls, bars, and ready to have fun patrons, makes for a fun event which is now a fixture event for London’s keen to be entertained socialites.
With teams from around the world and as far as Australia, South Africa, the USA, the Middle East and India, the event is truly International. Split over three days, International day on Friday 7th, Ladies Day on Saturday the 8th, and a Family Day on Sunday the 9th, this Polo festival has something for everyone.

Finally, this year event was won by Kylin Team Shanghai, having defeated Zurich 7-6 in the final on Sunday 9th June.
