So, the problem must be travel!!!

So, Spanish property sales have crashed in 2020 according to Spanish property Insight.…. down 24,7% compared to the previous year… but A Place in the Sun is saying that 30% more people are motivated to buy and many more are spending time researching the possible purchase of a holiday home (See chart below).

Certainly, Noll Sotogrande’s experience is similar. We have increased traffic of people looking at our listings, and enquiries are way up on previous years. 

Numerous applicants are ready to get on a plane to visit. The ability to travel safely, and to then to return home without confinement restrictions is the bottleneck we are experiencing currently. Let’s hope the vaccination roll out is swift and effective. We all want to return to safe easy travel. Oh…and PCR free hopefully soon.
