We were fortunate to be invited to an Open House in Sotogrande, at the property to view the finished house, and to meet some of the people involved in the build such as the architect Ignacio Merino Rivero. It was very interesting to see something different in Sotogrande, in as much as the villa does not resemble the typical villa, we see in the Sotogrande estate. The villa gives the sensation of being in a forest with not only trees surrounding the house but some growing through the terrace. The views provided are spectacular over the Sierra Bermeja mountains and to the sea.

Of note were the attendees from Marbella real estate agencies.

The promoter of Villa Las Nubes Sotogrande, Grupo Leon, did a great job in inviting agents to the Open House, witnessed by the large number of agents never seen in Sotogrande. Great opportunity to network. Oh…and drinks and canapes were first class!!
