A privileged Plot and Location
The Sotogrande D.O.C Hills project is located on Avenida de los Cortijos, close to the famous Valderrama Golf Club. Due to the nature of the incline of the road, views will be open to the adjoining forest and some villas may even have a peak onto the Valderrama fairways.
